
In the last couple of weeks I have done a few "Mind-Body Circuits" in my Pilates/Yoga Matflow class and my Mind-Body Exercise classes. In the ciircuit we have about 7 different stations, some use hand-weights, some use bosus, some with stability balls, etc. . . .
